Covid-19 Policy


In order to keep your family and mine safe, I’ll observe the following guidelines based on  recommendations by the Canadian Government and the BC Centre for Disease Control:

I will self-screen for Covid-19 on the scheduled day of the house call and will cancel/reschedule if I’m showing any symptoms.  Similarly, before entering your home I request that you inform me if anyone in your household  is showing symptoms.  I will only proceed with the service call if the screening returns negative.

I intend to use hand sanitizer before, during, and after the job, wear a cloth face covering and expect physical distancing (2m/6-ft) to be observed while on the house call. All surfaces of the work area will be disinfected upon completion of the work. Contact-less payment options will be Tap or e-Transfer.

I am also open to accommodating any specific requests or instructions regarding Covid-19 safety.
